I read on the BBC news website earlier that blues guitarist Jeff Healey has died, aged 41. He had a rare form of cancer which took his sight aged just 1 year old and he has lived his entire life with it.
I only have one of his albums, but have heard a good load of his songs. "Holding On" is probably my favourite of his tracks. His newest album was just about to be released and he was due to apepar on Jools Holland's show soon too.
He was known for his style of playing the guitar, which he did by having it sitting on his lap, playing it using an overhand method. Kinda cool really.
